What if I don’t have my student’s QuickCard, Clever Badge, or email & password credentials?/¿Qué sucede si no tengo mis credenciales QuickCards, Clever Badge o correo electrónico y contraseña?
Contact your student’s teacher; he/she should be able to provide your login credentials.

What if I don’t have Wi-Fi?/¿Qué pasa si no tengo wifi?
Your child needs access to a device that connects to the internet, preferably a computer or tablet. If you do not have internet, please call Spectrum 1-844-488-8398 (Spanish speaking option upon dial). Ask to take advantage of their student remote-learning internet offer, which they are providing free for two months. Your installation fee will also be waived, as part of this offer.
Su hijo/a necesita acceso a un aparato que se conecte al internet, preferiblemente una computadora o tableta. Si no tiene internet, llame a Spectrum al 1-844-488-8398 (marque el número de opción para asistencia en español) para obtener recursos gratuitos para estudiantes. Solicite la oferta de Internet de Aprendizaje Remoto para Estudiantes. Están ofreciendo dos meses gratis y no le cobrarán la tarifa de instalación.
What if I can’t see or hear the teacher?/¿Qué pasa si no puedo oír o ver al maestro/a?
Try refreshing the page. Make sure your volume is on when you start watching the videos. If your computer volume isn’t working, read the subtitles of the videos.

What other kinds of devices may I use for remote coding?/¿Cuáles otros aparatos puedo utilizar para codificar en la distancia?
Most devices are compatible with our coding platform but we recommend using an iPad 4 or newer, tablet, or any computer. To see a list of all devices and web browsers we are compatible with, click here.

What if I don’t have Google Chrome?/¿Qué pasa si no tengo Google Chrome?
We highly recommend using Google Chrome in order to have the best coding experience. You can download Google Chrome straight on to your device or download Plugin. Other browsers such as Safari and Firefox will also work.
